Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Imposter Master mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by SKY FUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1.Description of the Service

Imposter Master is a party game application designed for social entertainment. The Service may include:

  • word guessing game modes

  • party game tools and utilities

  • premium word packs or gameplay features

  • subscription-based premium services

Some features may be available for free, while others require a subscription or in-app purchase.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.Account and Access

The Service may be used without creating a traditional account. However, certain features may rely on:

  • device identifiers

  • platform accounts (Apple / Google)

  • subscription status

You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and access to the Service.

4.License Grant

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App

  • reverse engineer or decompile the software

  • modify or create derivative works

  • sell, lease, or sublicense the App

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Company.

5.User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any laws or regulations

  • harass, abuse, or threaten others

  • distribute harmful software or malicious code

  • exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

6.Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of the Service may require paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions may include benefits such as:

  • premium game tools

  • exclusive word packs

  • enhanced gameplay features

  • ad-free experience

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Billing

Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

7.Free Trials

The Service may offer free trial periods for subscription features.

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Free trials may be limited to one per user or device.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time.

8.Advertising

The Service may display advertisements from third-party advertising partners.

These ads help support the free version of the App.

Advertising partners may collect limited information such as:

  • advertising identifiers

  • device information

9.Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service remain the property of SKY FUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD or its licensors.

This includes:

  • game mechanics

  • software code

  • visual assets

  • logos and trademarks

  • word packs and content

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10.Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services including:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play

  • analytics providers

  • advertising networks

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

12.Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Service may occasionally experience:

  • maintenance interruptions

  • software bugs

  • technical failures

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

13.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the Service will:

  • be uninterrupted

  • be error-free

  • meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKY FUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • loss of data

  • loss of profits

  • service interruptions

arising from your use of the Service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.

15.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • your use poses legal risk

  • required by law

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

16.Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

17.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When changes occur, the Effective Date will be updated.

Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19.Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage users to contact us first to seek an informal resolution.

If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they may be submitted to binding arbitration or a competent court within the applicable jurisdiction.
